TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Services Provided
TryUs Home Care Services agrees to provide non-medical home care services to the Client, which may include:

Personal care (e.g., bathing, grooming, toileting assistance)
Medication reminders
Meal preparation and feeding support
Light housekeeping
Mobility and transfer assistance
Companionship and social interaction

Any specialized requests must be discussed and documented separately.

2. Important Notice – Non-Medical Care
TryUs Home Care Services is a non-medical care provider. Our caregivers do not perform medical or nursing services such as diagnosis, injections, wound care, or any procedure requiring a licensed health professional. Emergency situations must be handled by calling emergency services or a medical provider.

3. Service Schedule

4. Payment Terms

Late payments may result in service interruption.

5. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 7 days written notice. TryUs reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of:

Abuse or threats to caregivers
Hazardous conditions
Non-payment
Violation of agreement terms

6. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

Provide a safe and respectful environment
Report health or behaviour changes
Comply with scheduled hours and care plans

7. Liability Disclaimer
TryUs Home Care Services maintains appropriate insurance. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage that occur outside of the caregiver's scope of service or due to Client-provided equipment/facilities.

8. Confidentiality
All client information is kept confidential and handled in compliance with data protection regulations. Staff are bound by a confidentiality policy.

9. Terms Acknowledgement
By signing this agreement, the Client acknowledges that:

Services are non-medical in nature
They have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms
Additional policies and updated terms may apply as communicated

OUR CLIENTS

● Senior Citizens who need assistance with activities of daily living, ie; Bathing, personal care, dressing
● Services – who need transportation to and from doctors appointments, friend’s house, stores or other activities
● Elderly who need companionship
● Loved ones who need help with their caregiving responsibilities
